 Sometimes you just can't get at the computer for a
couple of days Thus causing your mailbox gets filled
up with SPAM.  Then the email that you want to read to
stops.
  Case in point: I had 353 junk emails and only 2
regular Inbox emails

Get a new mailbox address from Yahoo or Hotmail.  Someone/something has put
your present address out for attack.  I have a seldom used Yahoo address,
and get essentially zero spam.

A real ISP like Earthlink  will be even better.  My Earthlink address is
also very good, except for the Nigerian offering to give me money.

Earthlink will grab off the virus attacks and flush 'em away.
