I bought a Sony Mavica for the school library, mainly because it uses standard floppy disks. The new version uses a mini-cd and has MUCH greater resolution. It was about $400 at Wal-Mart last winter, so it may have come down by now. I know that is more than what you wanted to spend, but as far as I'm concerned I like the flexibility of being able to view the pictures on any computer without special attachments.
