Netters,
I was recently informed that there are only actually 3 insurance companies that 
write policies for aviation in the US any more. All others are actually brokers 
using one of the 3 companies, and calling themselves an insurance company. 
Typically after checking with 2 or 3 brokers, your quotes should all be in the 
same range from then on, based on how much commission they look to add or make.
