Also called New Old Stock.
Value depends on how rusty it is inside.   You would have to open it up and
clean it, but the surfaces would PROBABLY clean up nicely.  Be sure to have
magnetos re-lubricated.  New Needle in Carm if it's rubber tipped.  ALL
rubber hoses replaced.
