Hi Gang and Happy New Year!

I am just about ready to start drilling up the spars for my WAF'S. The plans
do not really give you an exact location of where they should fall in the
upper and lower caps other than how far outbd the bolt hole should be. I know I
am
going to have to drill close to the inside edge of the caps because of the
wing curvature. But how close should I put them to the inside edge to ensure I
will not sand into them when curving the wing? Should I curve the spars to the
wing shape first and the drill them up?
Any one with a good Idea let me know and I would like to see pics if
available.
