Thanks Dan, Michelle came up with another fantastic idea: If you have to fillet an area with flox, mix up the flox, and take a Ziplok Sandwich plastic bag, or better yet a Ziplok Freezer bag because it's a heavier gage plastic. Cut one corner off of the bottom edge that you want for a fillet size. Then roll the open end towards the cut forming a cuff. Sort-of like how you would roll your shirt sleeves into a cuff. Spoon in the flox into the "cuff", then un-roll the bag and seal it back up. You then can sqeeze the exact amount into the corner you want to fillet with the flox. Then use either a Tongue Depressor, or a gloved finger to spread and even out the flox into the corrner. I can tell you with first hand experience that this works wonderfully. Michelle also says you could go to Michael's and get one of those plastic cake decorating bags used to make cake decorations. Use a plastic one NOT a cloth cake decorating bag. I think however, that would be a little expensive, as it would be a one time use only. However the Ziplok bag trick is both cheap, easy and gives professional results with a minimum mess. OK, I'll get back to work on my inner canopy frame.....
