In that case get a set of Tony Bingalis books from the EAA for the
easiest and least painful way of educating yourself. If you are
a bit masicistic (sp? you know, where you like to inflict pain on
yourself ) go for the Federal publication AC 43.13-1A which is
probably available in one form or another on the web.

OR, join a local EAA chapter and get one of the members or
the Tech Councilor to bring you up to speed on the correct
use of aircraft hardware.
