The 172 rg is under powered. don't plan on flying it in Arizona or any where with high density altitude on a hot day. 6,500 is about as high as I could get in Arizona on a hot July day and i only had 3 people in the airplane. I weigh 160 and the other 2 were lucky if they were 120 each.
