I would protest that bill. I have talked to the person in St. Louis that assesses my KR and discussed the value. I have pointed out that the value is either what you have invested or what you could sell it for. That has worked for me and it is about 14,000 or so. I would argue the bill!!!!! Unless you have a show KR that has won the best of the best at Oshkosh.
