I HAVE DELT WITH THESE TAX GUYS IN THE PAST AND THEY SEEM TO SHOOT FOR THE MOON WHEN PLACING A VALUE ON PROPERTY.YOU HAVE TO CONFRONT THEM AND STATE ITS REAL VALUE.IF NOT COMPLETED ,50%OF WHAT YOU HAVE INVESTED IS GOOD ENOUGH AS A TAXABLE VALUE!
