Hi, Phil. I think I have tried that already, but I'll try again in a better location. What puzzles me is that the saellites status page shows all satellites as weak.

Check the time and date are correct also, otherwise the units sometimes can't match the received data with what it expects to find. Once a couple of satellites are tracked though for say 30 minutes, it should update the time and date exactly from the satellite received data.
