being an upholsterer by trade I've yanked millions
of staples best way is with a tack puller ( if you
don't have access to staple puller tools) and a set
of side cutters. What I did when I built my KR1
fuselage was staple over tacking strip so as
not to leave staple marks on the plywood
less to fill , less time.to finish
