Great to hear Jeff. Sounds like you made some neat mods. Good luck on your
flight testing. Any photos to share???

Subject: KR> NOT Landing gear

I agree. Enough of the TW vs NW religion. So for something different...

N1213W got the blessing from FSDO to take to the skies again yesterday. I did
a couple of fast taxi runs yesterday. Have a minor squawks to fix today and
some other parts I want to inspect again, then will probably have it in the air
again on either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Over the last 4 months, N1213W has had the wing stubs cut apart and
electrically operated flaps added, large wing root fairings added, the rudder
cord extended and a complete new horizontal stab and elevator built. There are
several more minor modifications in the works, but the things that concern the
FAA and operating limitations are completed. These modifications are being
incorporated as an accumulation of changes I thought would improve either
performance, stability or handling based on 500+ hours in this aircraft.
Whether they work as designed or live up to my expectations will be tested over
the coming days/weeks.
