Use the 60 tooth for ripping spruce. Fine trim or cut-off blades are 
generally 80 tooth blades best used on miter or chop saws. Coarse finish 
cuts are a no-no in any wood working. The cleaner the cut, the better the 
glue bond. A good sharp 60 thooth blade will give you an excellent glue 
surface.
