This accident involved two RV's of members of the Blackhawk Squadron formation team. Pappy and Chris Good (the deceased pilot) were part of a four ship that were inbound to land for static display. Pappy and Chris touched inflight with Chris crashing and dying as a result. Pappy was able to land his heavily damaged airplane. I was at the last Parkersburg FFI formation clinich with Chris and Pappy.
