Sure, one way or another. I haven't really looked at it, but as long as the gap seals and elevator and rudder noses are concentric with the center of rotation of the bearing, it should work fine. That might mean that you can't blindly follow the template as far as the profile of the gap seals goes, but I would expect most folks to make sure they were going to get the desired effect.
