I have plenty of exit for the air. The problem is that I am not getting the
air to go THROUGH the oil cooler. My plan is to SUCK it through the air
cooler.

What I want to know IS, what is the best angle to cut the pipes so I will
get the greatest amount of suction. I need to FORCE the air to go through
the cooler instead of taking the easy way out through the cylinder heads.

You can also increase the size of the lip on the
bottom of the cowl to increase airflow OUT of the
cowling. By making the lip stick down farther it
causes more suction out of the cowling area.
