? O'l Blue (N4DD) has a header tank with a vent tube coming out of the top just in front of the windscreen (not the cap) and is bent 90 degrees to the rear and it seems to do just fine. It doesn't suck the fuel out.
While I was flying with Rick, when the header tank was re-filled by the wing tank pumps it sprays out when the header tank gets full to let you know ? to shut them off just in case you forgot about them.
