Hello, I am Buzz Glade and new to the group. I am looking at a 2S project and noticed the spar caps on both wings and the stub spar have checking cracks. That is, cracks normally due to drying. The cracks are perpendicular to the grain. Any thoughts, ideas or advice? I have not looked the log yet and do not know what wood was used. Thanks for your input. Tailwinds, Buzz
