Is that a 2x4 that I see as a seat back? If so, that's got to go. You have a better view of the details than even photos can show the rest of us, so if you've decided to trash it, I'm with you on that. Having said that, you can't quit and start over every time you make a mistake. I split my lower longeron while bending the fuselage sides before skinning it with plywood. Fortunately it was probably a 10:1 angle, so I epoxied it back together with T-88, and added tapered splints on the side and top to reinforce it. 1130 hours so far, and many more coming, I expect. I was simply too far along to start over. Looking at what you have, there are some fairly atrocious crimes going on that need to be fixed.

I also agree that if "it's not stretched", that's reason alone to simply start over and build an S instead...
