Pete - if you have not obtained the new EAA publication on flight testing - by all means do so - it is VERY GOOD and lays out a structured program including flight test cards. By the end of the Phase One test period you will know the aircraft and have a POH as well.
I also recommend that all the other KR pilots out there consider buying one as well to further document your aircraft.
