Depending on the runway llength and width, I would have just asked you if you minded him passing on the other side of the runway with lots of cleaance, or it his place was going to be well off the ground before it got to your position - in any case the common courtesy of a call would have been nice. Although you've got an extradorinarily nice KR, spam cans often look down their noses at "experimentals", probably out of envy for how much their annuals cost every year compared to E-AB. That could have been some part of this lack of courtesy. OR he was had an extraordinarily tight deadline that took precedence (in his mind) over anything else. The world of aviation is a very small place. Surely at some point he'll have a chance to explain himself or apologize.
