The downside to the RevFlow, however, is that it is designed for gravity fed

I run electric fuel pumps only (2) on my 0-200, no gravity feed, no
engine driven pump. I was concerned that the pressure reads I was
getting on my low pressure pumps would overpower the float on the Marvel
Schebler carb so I installed the adjustable fuel pressure regulator
between the pumps and the carb. 700+ hours and no problems.

( Adjusts from 1 to 6 pounds)
A friend had the same regulator on his Harley Davidson engine (Zenith
601) and it developed an internal problem that appeared to be a problem
of manufacturing. The problem showed up almost from first run. I
opened up my regulator and that part was fine.
I have never tested using this regulator in a combo gravity / pump
system so do some test before flight if you install one.
