I too have chosen to fly with EFIS as I am in the process of updating my
instrument panel. I will now be flying with two Dynon EFIS screens. My main
EFIS will be a 7" Dynon D60 and I will use a Dynon D180 as my EMS with EFIS
capability. I removed an MGLE-1 Engine Monitor and will be selling it. My radio
is a Microair FL360 and a Garmin GTX320 transponder with a Dynon Remote
Compass. The Dynon EFIS will provide encoding. I am now on the market for an
ADS-B especially since I fly under Bravo Airspace here in Dallas

I’m with you Larry. I have only been in one plane with two screens. I have to
read it all not scan. I assume that it would get easer. My mate just purchased
a new RV6 with 10 inch screen. He showed me the plane yesterday. And it seemed
way too many buttons just start it up to show me how to enter a flight plan.
Ok for the on line computer nuts. It seems much easier to just get in and fly
with steam gauges. I only comments would that theses days the glass screen
planes may be easier to sell?????
