Richard Mole did an analysis back in 1998, where he determined that the KR2S had a slightly better CG range than the KR2.....you get another 0.4" aft. He also concurred that the aft two inches of the RR given CG range was an "avoid if you value your life" zone. So to clarify, the range that KR builders have used as gospel is 8"-14" aft of the leading edge of the center wing. The KR2S expands the aft end of the range slightly....
