What a remarkable retrieve and restoration you accomplished John! Went halfway around the planet to preserve an important piece of KR history and also keep alive the memory of Roy Marsh. The best I can say is I "almost" met Roy when I was up to Santa Maria visiting Paul Lipps - another innovator also now no longer with us. Paul's work lives on through his articles in Contact Magazine, the EAA Experimenter and his many posts on VAF (ellipse).
Paul was partners with Klaus Savier in developing the Light Speed products. He told me he used to see RM fairly often around the airport.
