No, ZS-UKU was a KR2, what I am saying is that Sakkie Halgreen (builder and original owner of ZS-UKU) died in a crash of a KR2 that went into a flat spin but that plane was not ZS-UKU.
ZS-UKU did have a spar failure and it was a KR2 but it had no crash history.
