Yes, sounds like a good idea. Don't forget to drill all the hinge holes where you think they will need to go and place all the captive nuts on the back of both pieces of wood before you place them into the foam on the wings and glass over them. Including where you are going to fit the aileron mass balances. CH.
KR builders, Any tips on the ailerons? Seems like it would be easier to put the internal blocking in first before closing up the wings, then cutting out the ailerons afterwards. Thanks, Brett 80% completed N718KR
