KRnet> Pete Klapp crash comments from NTSB

The recently released Pete Klapp accident investigationupdate includes 
photos, toxicology, witness interview, logs.  Most telling was the 
witness interview (pilot overheard Pete's radio call about "canopy 
failure"), but the NTSB has no conclusion.  Looking at the photos of the 
canopy connections don't tell a lot, because it's likely impossible to 
tell what failed in flight, and what failed in the air.
