Several members on the net, in addition to having an interest in the
KRs, own, are building, or flying the Kolb aircraft. A violent tornado
three days ago in the state of Kentucky (London,Kentucky) made a direct
hit on the local airport. In addition to destroying the local emergency
helicopter and facilities and other hangared aircraft, it destroyed the
facilities of the Kolb aircraft company.

It is always difficult to witness any storm damage with loss of property
and life, but seeing aircraft lying in the rubble is additionally
painful for a flyer. Our best wishes for emotional and financial
recovery go out to all effected in any way by all the storms this spring
season.
