Really? I've never done an ON putback, but I thought it was "no known significant bugs" (on our priority scale, no Priority 1, 2, or 3 bugs, but Priority 4 & 5 are allowed - it would be a true acheivement for any major software to be 100% bug free in any practical amount of time).
