I fully understand what a re-write does to a codebase like KDE and am willing to be patient. And if they don't, I don't think it would be very hard to start a partial fork to write replacement configuration parts and applications, or do a full fork if it came to that. There are SOO many people that want that stuff back, We're using KDE for a REASON, otherwise gnome (ugh) would be fine. </rant> > - --G > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- > Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) > Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org > > iD8DBQFJFehALstl3vProOARAiroAJ9bGY3s5ZfqcbxNJTsOjC9552YUnACfdvA9 > wtfYflpRIe+ih4K1p8kC7Ds= > =DLHM > -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge > Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes > Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world > http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ > _______________________________________________ > Ktechlab-devel mailing list > Ktechlab-devel@lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ktechlab-devel > >
