Dolphin does not process the help:/ kio properly. The error it displays
is:
Malformed URL
help:/kubuntu/about-kubuntu
It does however recognize that about-kubuntu is a HTML file as it
displays a huge HTML meta icon in the top right corner with about-
kubuntu right underneath it.
My suggestion would be to have Dolphin automatically open Konqueror or
KHelpCenter when it comes across the help:/ kio command. Preferably open
Konqueror over KHelpCenter.
