If you open several (more than three) tabs in Konqueror and then delete
the first one the captions of the tabs get messed up with the second tab
having the same caption as the first one, the third tab having the
caption of the second and so on...
Here is how to reproduce the issue: Open Konqueror and go to a site like
Engadget (www.engadget.com). From the main page, open four articles in
several tabs by middle-clicking on their caption. You should have five
tabs loaded then. Now close the first one (the one with the main page).
The second tab will become the first one but the captions of the
following tabs are wrong with the second one having the same caption as
the first one.
