Thilo, I tried your patched qt 4.5.0 with kde 4.3rc3 and it does not solve the missing key shortcuts.
I also tried patching qt 4.5.1 and using it with kde 4.3rc3, but have the same problem. Fn-F10 does not work to eject. I don't think this bug has been properly triaged.
