You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Kubuntu didn't install comlpletely, I upgrated from 13.10 to 14.04 but when I
open a browser, I can't switch to fullscreen and I have no window manager to
close the application.
When I try to install a Window manager in synaptic it says that I have broken
packages but I cannot restore them.
Maybe it'll be resolved when I get more updates, I wait for a week, and if it
is not resolved I do a clean install.
