Yes, both come with the kit.  Instructions on using both are here:
http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/dapl/
but yum has trouble with this.

I noticed both dapl packages, 1.2.4 and 2.0.6 are from the ofed kit. Are 
both provided by the ofed kit?
