Hello, My problem seems so be similar to the timeout problems that Johnathan has. I try to connect to my University's Cisco concentrator and kvpnc times-out. I have no problems if connecting directly through plain vpnc.
I enabled debug mode level 3, and I get these messages when it times-out: Info: vpnc version (major): "0" info: vpnc version (minor): "3" info: vpnc version (subminor): "3" debug: VpncScript: /root/.kde/share/apps/kvpnc/vpnc-script.Wireless1 debug: Support for TUN/TAP found (compiled into kernel or kernel module already loaded). info: Using userdefined local port "10000". info: Using UDP. info: Trying to connect to server "130.126.xxx.xxx" (130.126.xxx.xxx) with user "xxx" and IPSec ID "xxx"... info: "vpnc" started. debug: raw stdout: Enter password for [EMAIL PROTECTED]: info: Timeout! Kill connect process! info: Connection failed (timeout). info: Disconnect requested info: Not connected. It seems that vpnc is not listening to kvpnc when it comes to the password prompt.
