Hello, All!
    I am trying to configure a TVS50 for a customer but I've hit a road block.  When the TVS50 dials a phantom extension (ext 190) and no one picks up, the woman's voice comes on saying "Sorry, no one is available to answer the call.  To leave a message press one.  To call the operator, press zero.  To enter another extension, press star."
The customer would like to record over that so that is was in his own voice.  The problem is that every time they are rerecorded they do not change.  I've recorded user prompt 502, 695, 618, and 672 but they won't change.  Is there a reason for this?  Is there a different user prompt number for this message that's not in the manual?  Thanks for your help.
