TD1232 is part way there with the T1 module... With the CLEC offerings on
PRI facilities...

I hope Pana finishes it off by building on the T1 foundation they have, to
add the PRI support....
BTW, we have ILEC FLAT-RATE BRI's ! ...in a ILEC where everything is
measured. Go figure....
