Hi Richard,
    We have done the FWD,69+tel no.+ #. It works fine when an extension call to that 
phone. But when it call coming from external to that DDI , that phone rings instead of 
bring forwarded out.

Go to class of service 1 and "enable" this feature. Then go to the phone set
and press ITCM,FWD,69, then the phone number as you would dial it.
