Two different customer situations. 1. KX-TD1232-3 with KX-T197 internal modem card. After original installation, was able to communicate using Progamator with no problem. Now, when I connect, I can read PBX, but when I make a change, and send to PBX I get a box: Error in Cmd. D0 00 C3 00 00 00 00 00 FF I can not send the corrections to the 1232.. If I attach a laptop directly to the RS232 port, it works fine.
2. Same error trying to communicate with a 1232-4 that has a KX-T196 card. with this latter unit, I have previously communicated using an external Hayes 1200 modem. Now this gives a similar error. 3. Lastly, not sure if related. on the -3 unit, the SMDR printer won't log. any thoughts.It used to work. Thanks.
