Guys,
I'm sure this is gonna come back with a big FAT NO, "it can't be
done" with Pana's state of the art technology........but here it goes
anyway.
I am wanting to give some ext's a couple of extra intercom path
buttons for busy rollover purposes.
For example if someone dials ext. 0 for the operator and that phone
is already on the intercom line instead of the pain of dialing 1 the
whole time I want to assign a second and third spare CO key as a
rollover intercom line to illuminate dialing 1 all the time or turn that
dialing 1 off so it just rings.
I'd like to assign a couple intercom keys to a couple of other busy
ext's too. Is this possible and how can it be done?
I'm wondering if I set up a ACD / UCD with ext. 101 only in a group
and phantom buttons on ext. 101?? Hhhmmmm......
