1) They are tight on space. A Pollcat will allow an
un-dedicated machine to do the job.

2) Most of the off-the-shelf SMDR packages are WinDoze based.
When (not IF) the PeeCee crashes, the SMDR stops. Arguments then
ensue between the Partners as to which firm made which call.
