Man, you guys rock. It was totally the Alarm System causing the problems. I have spent countless hours trying to figure this one out and nobody was able to solve it.
Regarding the old prompts, I have no solution as of yet, no idea why there is no TONE to leave a message. All I can think of is that Ablecomm sent me a garbage reconditioned unit.
