It might help people on the list respond to you with some more ideas
if you would inform the list:
- what version of KX-TD1232 are you using? -0, -1, -2, -3,
-4, -5, -6, etc.? (more features and anomalies corrected with
later versions)
- what is the population of feature (Panasonic proprietary) phones?
- which phone (extension #, jack #, phone model) are you
using to program the system? (different from the extension
forwarding the incoming call)
- what is the population of POTS phones? (is there a
XDP phone mucking up the works on the forwarding extension)
- is the SMDR printer connected? Does it work? (can dump
subsets of programming via programming command, might be able to
trace transfers)
- do you have a copy of the printed manuals (features,
programming, phone, ...) so that folks can refer you to the
appropriate sections of text to help your initiation to the force?
