Hi Clyde, I just put one in today.
The first 24 pairs are just like the other KXTD extension cards: 3 pairs per extension- pair1-analog connection pair2- digital connection pair3- not really used (compatiblility connection for OHCA on the older 7130 phones) The last 25th pair is the doorphone connection.
