I have a TVS50 and KXT816. 3 CO lines. I use a single
VM port for home use (165) and one for personal use (166).
I don't get alot of calls, but occassionally get 2 calls
that are directed to VM at the same time for business say.

So when somebody is leaving a business message say
in mailbox 215 (port 165), and another business
call comes in and tries to go to that same port,
how do I give the user a busy signal?
Right now, the extension just rings and rings and the
callers are getting annoyed.

Each VM port (165/166) drop into a specific message
and mailbox that is shared in my small office/home. I only
have 2. I simply
want to give the user a busy signal instead of ringing
when the 2nd call on the 2nd CO line comes in, but the
VM port is in use.

How do I do this? Thanks
