Tried that - unfortunately they seem to have forgotten much about the
original VoiceWorks system.  All they can offer me is the manual which I
have.  One of the list members graciously sent me a copy of the VW16
manual, which hopefully will help...

ESI may be your best bet they have extensive records on integrations
with
various systems. You can also use a "digit grabber" to capture the
