Our installation is residential, and the client wants only 2 boxes set up. I 
previously posted a problem with the prompts, so thanks to those of you who sent me 
tips. We have the initial menu that give a choice of '1' or '2' for the two boxes. I 
have the owners of those 2 boxes set to 'phantom' extensions, but more on that later. 
The problem I have with the menu is that we have assigned both the # & * for 
subscriber services, but when you press them after the menu message begins, it either 
is repeating, or has no response. I have the other numbers, 3-9, selected to repeat, 
and they work, as well as "0" diverted to an extension. As for the phentom owner 
extensions, I did that in hopes that we could have a system-wide voicemail message 
waiting light on all phones, for each of the 2 boxes. Could anyone direct me to the 
proper way to handle that?
